By using Deadlock Territories LLC services (our DayZ servers, website, store, and Discord), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

VIP Services & Virtual Products

Deadlock Territories LLC offers VIP tiers and other virtual perks that enhance gameplay. These items are digital only and have no real‑world currency value.

Payments & Refunds

All VIP and virtual product payments are non‑refundable.
Once a purchase is processed and perks are applied, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.
Chargebacks or disputes made through payment providers may result in loss of access to our services.

Access to VIP Benefits

After successful payment, VIP benefits such as queue priority or in‑game perks are applied within a reasonable timeframe. It is your responsibility to provide correct account information so we can link perks to your profile.

Rules, Conduct & Enforcement

All players, including VIPs, must follow Deadlock Territories rules and any platform terms of service.
Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or toxic behavior can result in suspension or permanent bans.
VIP status does not protect you from moderation actions. If you are banned for rule violations, you are not entitled to a refund.

Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate access to our servers, Discord, or VIP perks at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or our rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commerce laws. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in our primary region of operation, unless local law requires otherwise.
